The THRIVE2 Leadership Elevation and Alliance Program is a transformational leadership journey designed to motivate and empower leaders to thrive in their leadership and organizational culture influence. During this virtual cohort THRIVE2 experience,  leaders will focus on the ME in the mirror to overcome potential leadership gaps while encouraging and learning from each other. This virtual cohort leadership program includes a vision and framework that will help leaders:

  • Renew their leadership mindset and impact
  • Reenergize their leadership discipline with vision, diligence, and excellence
  • Revive their leadership engagement and passion with a win-win-win spirit and intentionality
  • Reset their transformational leadership goals for career and organizational success
  • Recharge in an alliance of like-minded leaders committed to mutual leadership excellence

Participants who complete the program will earn a certificate of completion.
