 The THRIVE3 Leadership Elevation and Alliance Program (LEAP) is more than just a program; it's a transformative leadership journey designed to help you elevate your leadership.—Together, we transform the global leadership trajectory for the betterment of our organizations, communities, nations, and the world.  It promotes leadership engagement and excellence through leadership diligence.

THRIVE3 LEAP inspires and enables a standard of leadership excellence that people respect, trust, like, and emulate while influencing an organizational culture that fosters success where everyone can thrive, achieve desired outcomes, and enjoy coming to work on Mondays.

During the THRIVE3 LEAP experience, leaders will learn through preparatory material, facilitator-led discussion, peer learning, and transformational actions. Leaders will focus on self-reflection—the ME in the mirror—to address potential leadership gaps and engage with like-minded leaders in a supportive, safe space, fostering mutual growth, encouragement, and camaraderie.

This nine-session virtual cohort leadership program encompasses a comprehensive vision and framework designed to help leaders:

  • Renew their leadership mindset and action for optimum, rewarding impact
  • Reenergize leadership with vision, diligence, and excellence
  • Revive leadership engagement with a win-win-win spirit and intentionality
  • Reset their transformational leadership goals for career and organizational success and legacy
  • Recharge in an alliance of like-minded leaders committed to mutual leadership excellence

Participants who complete the THRIVE3 LEAP program requirements will earn a certificate of completion and may qualify for an invitation to the THRIVE3 LEAP membership.
